Rimorchiatori Mediterranei, an Italian towage operator, is being acquired by Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC). The purchase will be made by Genoa-based tugboat operator Rimorchiatori Riuniti, and a fund managed by DW’s Infrastructure investment business.
